The accreditation certifies that GRIB has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the accreditation process of the Network of Innovation Technology Support Centres (Xarxa IT), based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 and EFQM Model quality standard: leadership, resources, policy and strategy, quality system structure, marketing management, project management, customer care and after-sales service.
GRIB was awarded with this certificate in 2003 and renew the accreditation every two years.
