GRIB co - organized the European Chemical Biology Symposium (ECBS) held in Barcelona, Spain, July 10th-11th, 2008. The even was hosted by: the Barcelona Science Park (PCB, Parc Científic de Barcelona), and the Biomedical Research Park of Barcelona (PRBB)

The ECBS symposium aims to gather researchers from different scientific areas (chemistry, biology, pharmacology, chemo informatics, bioinformatics, etc.) interested in the interdisciplinary field of Chemical Biology, in order to learn and discuss with experts on the current and future research as well as the growing joint initiatives in this emerging field.
